    This role will support multimedia sales reps with digital buys.  The multimedia sales reps will be responsible for developing and closing the sale, including advanced digital campaigns.  This coordinator will be the administrative support for the multimedia rep, and the liaison between the multimedia sales rep and the campaign manager on advanced digital sales, and fulfilling basic digital sales.  This includes assisting in completing buysheets and creative requests, and any other forms that are required to fulfill the campaigns, as well as entering the campaign into Salesforce. This role will relay the order information to the campaign manager, and also be the point of contact for the campaign managers when there are questions or issues that need to be communicated back to the multimedia rep. #BANG # Entry Level

    • Supporting multimedia sales reps with advanced digital campaigns. This includes partnering with the rep to obtain all information necessary to complete digital forms, like the advanced buysheet and creative request form. Must have a solid understanding of the products to do this with minimal direction. This includes keeping  track of billing and payments made for advanced digital campaigns.
    • Act as the liaison between the multimedia sales reps and the campaign managers. This includes submission of digital forms to the campaign managers, working with the campaign manager to solve any questions or issues, or reporting them back to the multimedia rep.
    • Schedule basic digital ads in various fulfillment systems (Primarily GAM and Salesforce).  This includes keeping  track of billing and payments made for digital campaigns.
    • Interact with external customers (ie advertisers), and internal departments (ie Finance, Production, Campaign Managers) as needed to ensure fulfillment of all advertising campaigns.

    • Setting expectations with sales reps and advertisers; understanding internal policies and deadlines to respect internal departments while providing best customer service to the sales rep and advertiser.
    • When to solve problems independently, or ask for help from supervisors or other departments.
    • Requires ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships in-person and remotely, ie external advertisers, other departments in different locations.
    • The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of digital products like social media, search, email, mobile and display banners but it is not a requirement to apply
