    Responsibilities

    The Multi Media Account Coordinator's primary responsibilities include: ad order entry into the system of record, ad creation and proofing in the ad production system.  Coordinators provide clerical support for the advertising sales department and meet customer service standards through a variety of functions and with minimal supervision.

     

    This is a Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm position where you will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously despite interruptions and distractions. You will also be expected to provide a high level of customer service.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will:
    • Have 2+ years of applicable advertising experience

    • Keep organized, current, and accurate documentation

    • Have excellent time management, client retention and problem solving skills

    • have strong verbal and written communications skills

    • excellent internal and external customer service skills

    • have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required)

    • one year of office experience (required)

    • able to take directions well and think clearly under pressure

    • Be able to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment

    • Be proficient in Excel, Word, Email (Google), and Internet navigation

    • Be professional, outgoing and friendly with the ability to adapt to fit the client’s needs
    • Contribute to a positive, constructive, can-do atmosphere to make the department and company more effective

    Previous experience with Mactive/Adbase, and Affinity are a plus.  Let’s talk if you are organized, quick and able to complete detailed work under daily deadlines!
