    We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our fast-paced, professional team. Our Sales Reps focus on selling our portfolio of advertising solutions, with a heavy concentration on print and growing digital initiatives. Candidates in this position are responsible for targeting new business on a weekly/monthly basis and need to work well within a deadline environment, have the ability to problem solve and must be able to learn quickly and adapt to a changing marketplace.. We are looking for talented, motivated individuals in the Philadelphia Suburbs.

    Primary goal is build business that drives sales revenue while maximizing results for the customer and company.

    Responsibilities

    • Sells display and digital advertising to new and assigned advertisers.. Additionally, would be responsible for gaining the customers' confidence, building rapport with all levels of decision-makers, understanding the accounts' marketing goals and learning more about how our products can meet their needs. Contacts all approved businesses on a regular basis by telephone or face-to-face.
    • Develops and creates marketing campaigns based on selective use of competing media to complement strengths of available print and digital advertising. Maintains and develops a thorough knowledge of the category, industry, and assigned client base.
    • Achieves at least the minimum sales goals in areas to be determined by sales manager.
    • Provides courteous and efficient service to any advertise and adheres to all company policies, procedures and standards of acceptance. Monitors advertising in competing media and growth from new businesses within the category to generate new advertisers and suggest opportunities for new sales efforts.
    • Demonstrates consistent follow-through with accounts, management, production and other applicable departments at the paper.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Ideal candidate has experience in face-to face sales
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Media including digital advertising familiarity is a plus but not required.
