The Training Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of new employee onboarding and ongoing sales training across Denver Post Media’s sales and operations teams. The Training Manager implements training to increase the effectiveness of Denver Post’s advertising organization, including: sales, operations, and support teams. Additionally, the position works with others on the MediaNews Group team and within the sales organization to communicate all details of the sales initiatives and training.
