    Overview

    Convertly is a managed service and DIY Website Builder hybrid. We are vamping up to expand our client base by 10x in the next year.  Our clients have experienced an increase of 3 to 5x more conversions on their ad campaigns as a result of upgrading their site to a Convertly site.  There is over a 1,000 manned sales force itching to sell this product to their clients.

     

    We are looking for a website designer to help build out our library of platform designs and work on client websites.  You will relay feedback to the development team, help with creation of customer websites on the Convertly platform, and build platform assets.  You will be working our Customer Success Manager to finalize customer websites based on the unique aspects of each client. #BANG #Mid-Senior level

    Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Design customer websites on the Convertly platform based on customer website objectives
    • Design site templates that will be used as starters for new website projects
    • Design reusable website blocks that help drive conversions and increase interest in product/service
    • Work with the CMS designer to help increase the efficiency of the application for building websites.
    • Provide feedback to the development team on feature requests and bug reports

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-3 years experience as the lead for website inquiries via phone, chat or email
    • 1-3 years experience working with internal and external stakeholders.  
    • Experience with digital advertising or marketing
