    Responsibilities

    We're looking for successful outside sales professionals with an appetite for building new business.  If you have a media sales background, we want to talk to you.  We offer a competitive base salary with monthly uncapped commissions. Our advertising product suite allows businesses to achieve their marketing objectives by designing custom campaigns that deliver the highest-value and return on their investment.  As a new business development executive, your primary mission is to focus on developing new customers.  In this business-to-business sales role, you will drive the relationship and sale from start to finish.  You will identify opportunities, present to decision makers and close new business.  Responsibilities include:

    • Generate and identify new sales opportunities using multiple outbound channels and strategies
    • Develop a deep understanding of prospects objectives and challenges and deliver solutions against these elements
    • Conduct a consistently high volume of booked product demonstrations or discovery meetings with fully qualified prospects
    • Build and manage an active pipeline through the sales cycle to deal close
    • Internally partner with management, marketing, sales operations and delivery teams to collaborate and drive business
    • Deliver against monthly sales targets and pipeline commitments
    • Track all your activity in our CRM and related tools
    • Continually develop digital advertising industry knowledge

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 4+ years of successful consultative B2B advertising sales experience
    • Experience with programmatic RTB display ads, SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics a plus
    • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
    • A creative thinker with excellent customer service and organization skills; and the ability to build strong relationships and exercise excellent follow-up
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google business applications for email, calendars, and document storage
    • Proficient at setting personal goals and achieving them
    • Contribute to a positive, constructive and can-do atmosphere to make the department and company more effective
