SCNG is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Digital Advertising Operations team as a Product Manager.  The Product Manager’s primary responsibility is to help plan, organize and execute programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team and company. You’ll be responsible for developing, or assist in the development of, marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics. You will also assist in executing various projects and company initiatives that impact or generate revenue.


  • You uncover and leverage new emerging channels to create new growth opportunities
  • Partner with and leverage internal teams to help drive agenda and implementation
  • Develop lead generation campaigns jointly with the Director of Marketing
  • Forecast results and present to senior management across teams to demonstrate correlation of marketing efforts with key success metrics, including revenue gain
  • Research, strategize, design and manage tactics in the overall marketing mix, based on a buyer’s journey, to increase engagement, response rates and conversion
  • Create campaign KPIs, goals and objectives, and campaign briefs to support execution and implementation, including nurture strategies that incorporate digital retargeting, organic and outbound
  • Define and segment clients and prospects to determine appropriate outreach strategies
  • Manage, optimize, and maintain sales and marketing related messaging
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of all lead gen programs and project initiatives
  • Conduct planning sessions and post mortems with recommendations on successful/unsuccessful program elements.
  • Develop an audience segmentation strategy and drive opportunities to grow the database
  • Schedule deployments and ensure successful delivery
  • Recommend, implement and iterate ongoing testing programs
  • Prepare monthly reports to analyze data from campaigns in order to identify weaknesses and opportunities
  • Drive growth through innovative strategies
  • Manage across various platforms the respective email lists and email campaigns including content development, list management, templates, campaign calendars, and reporting
  • Provide analyses of email campaigns and recommendations for enhancing their effectiveness
  • Develop and execute new email marketing initiatives especially automation and re-engagement
  • Monitor, track and report all e-mail marketing campaigns (including open rates, conversion etc.) and develop test campaigns to leverage new initiatives and increase conversion and revenue
  • In addition, flawlessly execute pre, during and post campaign launch experience that drives lead generation, opportunity volume, and pipeline creation. The focus is on driving net new business for our sales team and includes tactics such as email marketing, webinars, nurturing, social, display retargeting and more


  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a specific focus on B2B inbound and outbound lead generation strategies and project management
  • Highly analytical and able to strategically analyze and derive meaning from data through testing and optimization while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Proven success in driving inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns resulting in sales opportunities and revenue growth
  • Proficient using HubSpot (or similar platform) to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads and deploy our marketing email campaigns
  • Experience and leadership in outbound email marketing, building workflows, automation, landing page development and optimization
  • Experience creating: landing pages, forms, website pages, templates and managing contacts
  • Ability to present analysis and provide recommendations and build comprehensive performance reports
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of marketing principles resulting in branding building, driving traffic and revenue
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, and conversions
  • Extremely attentive to details and great organization skills managing multiple projects
  • Results oriented and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Communicates and presents ideas effectively
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Quickly learns new technologies, software, processes and concepts
  • Love of analyzing data and the marketing funnel and deriving meaning from this data through A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Passionate about lead generation, marketing automation and working with sales teams

Work Environment
This position may be permanent remote. This job operates in a professional office environment and at the Company and client sites for business meetings and presentations. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
