We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work with cross functional teams to improve business performance. This role will provide financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, and support to department leaders and CFO.


  • Develops financial analysis to support departmental objectives and strategic direction.
  • Provides leadership for departmental budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Works closely with department managers on process improvement efforts.
  • Develops recommendations to enhance company reporting and data quality.
  • Employs sophisticated financial and analytical concepts to define and measure business drivers and key metrics.
  • Works closely with Finance leadership to enhance company financial performance through a variety of financial analysis and projects.
  • Analyzes departmental financial results and communicates key trends and issues.
  • Assist with month end close - preparation of journal entries and variance analysis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to learn new technologies and systems
  • Self-driven with the ability to successfully work remote
  • Attention to detail and ability to self-check work
  • Expected to exercise judgement and independent thinking on a daily basis
  • Ability to hit deadlines while ensuring quality of work.
  • Oracle report writing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and application of GAAP.

Work Environment

  • This job operates in a professional office environment and at the Company and client sites for business meetings and presentations.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • This may be a permanent remote role.
